During the pre-launch period, managing the timing of bringing on key resources is one of the most significant expense variables. Often you actually need Lieutenants before you need Generals. We provide the leadership during this period. This allows you to bring on your leadership team when they can be most productive and cost-efficient.
Scenarios

Leadership position unfilled
Based on your strategy and vision, we become your interim Chief [ xxx ] Officer. We become part of your team and take ownership of the specific role and related responsibilities. Once the permanent leader has been identified and onboarded, we transition these responsibilities until the new leader is fully in place and ready to take the reigns.
2.
Leader identified, but not onboard
We become your interim Chief [ xxx ] Officer. In this role with execute strategy and vision and coordinate with the identified leader on the major design and configuration components within the area of responsibility. In this scenario, we typically do 90% of the work and then the new leader comes in and completes the final 10% ensuring everything aligns with their unique operating processes.

Leader missing certain skillsets
No one can know everything, nor does everyone need to know everything. We are here to fill in these gaps. In the scenario, we work with the leader to achieve their objects and, when necessary, train the leader on the specific topic. In order for the bank to be successful, each leader needs to be successful.
